Fill in your information & register as an individual when asked.
Step 2: Print and fill in the disclaimer under the downloads heading and send it to Michelle Blohm via fax: 6262 8166 or post it to PO Box 4591, Kingston, 2604
Step 3: Send all your friends and family your own personal web hero page address & ask them to support your effortsby donating online or giving you a cash donation.
