AUSTCOM has identified mail outs as the most problematic IT task for small businesses and community groups alike.

Our system already has simple address book management (with envelope label generation) but the newsletter mail out system is far to complex to release (as is) to the general public.

We are seeking sponsors to fund the development of an easy to use e-mail out system that extends the existing address book - and allows you to place your address book entries in various groups then mail your chosen web page to your chosen group/s.

We have quoted the system at $5000, a very generous price based on significant volunteer input.

In return for sponsoring this project we will promote your business or group across our entire network and on the developed tools themselves.We are accepting pledges for this project from between $50 and $500 dollars.

$50 - single link (to your website) on mail out tools page for 12 months.
$100 - Logo on tools page for twelve months and single link entry on Austcom and network sites for 3 months.
$500 - Logo on tools page for twelve months and linked logo on all network homepages including the AUSTCOM homepage for 3 months.
