1. Login Boxes - Header Style

To login to your website go to your community website Home page (eg - hunter.org.au).

You will see the login boxes in the banner (as in case 1.) or in the footer (as in case 2. see below).

Enter your username and password (click the Tab key to move to the next box or Shift Tab to move backwards as required).

Press Enter or click Login.

If you have forgotten your username and password contact us at 02-6492 5000 (bh) or email enquiries(at)australiancommunities.org.au

If you make a mistake you will be taken to an alternate login screen to have another try.

2. Footer Login Style

Here is the footer login style.

The same procedure applies to 1. and 2.

3. Your Editing Tools and My Pages menu appears

Once the system has recognised you as a registered user, your main editing tools will appear in the left of the banner.

Your My Pages menu will also appear in the top left hand column (called left border).

You can click any page in the My Pages Menu to go through to your site.

You can only edit on page you are the owner of and your Editing Tools only appear on the main Home page and on your pages.

In the My Pages menu, pages in BLACK are only visible to you - not to the public.


NOTE: Some pages in your site have restricted acess to content editing (eg Events and About Us) because the content for these pages is fed by the details you load via your Site Tools menu (eg About Us content is fed by Site Tools>Account Details and Events is fed by Site Tools>Events).

This restricted access to editing is designed to maintain your site information integrity and can be llifted once we speak to you personally.

4. Logout

When you have finished editing either close your web broswer or use the Logout button located in the same place you logged in.

You can Logout from your own pages or Logout from any other page on the website.
