Nepean Evening VIEW Club - Achievement Awards

Two of our Nepean Evening View Club Members - Joyce Leavett-Brown, 33 years in VIEW,  and Margaret Gibbs, 10 years in VIEW, were both recipients of "Wall of Achievement Awards" from Penrith City Council for their Community efforts of which VIEW Club forms part of.  Both ladies have been on committee during the past few years in different positions.  Joyce Leavett-Brown is the current  President and Margaret Gibb Secretary during 2009.  (Click photo to enlarge)

Nepean Evening Enjoying Learning for Life

Nepean Evening VIEW Club enjoyed a very happy meeting when Rebekah Noble, from The Smith Family, was the Guest Speaker.  She spoke of her work with children in local schools, and invited members to visit and see the 'Learning for Life' programme in action!  Nepean Evening VIEW also celebrated their 41st Birthday.

Murwillumbah Day VIEW

The Murwillumbah Day VIEW Club received heartfelt appreciation from the Burringbar School  for their donation of books, library bags and stationary items presented  to the children. 

Cessnock VIEW celebrating 44 years

The Hon Browyn Bishop MP, member for the seat of MacKena, was guest speaker  at Cessnock VIEW for their 44th Birthday.  Members were enthralled by her life experiences, especially  by her trek of the Kokada Trail.

Asquith VIEW at Broken Hill

A few members of ASQUITH VIEW CLUB enjoyed an excursion, by train, to Broken Hill after they heard a
speaker at one of their luncheons talk about the Royal Flying Doctors Service. The experience was enjoyed by all.

NK02 enjoying Port Maquarie "Carnival of the Pines"

VIEW girls from the NK02 area  braved a wet and cool day to get the VIEW name out there by participating in the Port Maquarie "Carnival of the Pines" street parade on Sunday 4th Oct 2009. The rain didn't dampen our spirits at all.  We bravely marched and distributed leaflets and hand outs to the very enthusiastic crowd along the parade route.

Brunswick Valley Having Fun

The Brunswick Valley VIEW Club celebrated their 24th Birthday with a "Music Hall to Musical" with wonderful singing by the local VIEW Club members.  The photo taken by The Byron Shire News shows the ladies performing a skit titled "Ladies of the Night"

Galston VIEW Birthday Celebration

Galston VIEW Club's birthday luncheon was held at Dural Country Club on Wednesday 24th February 2010.  Lots of enjoyment for all.
